Shorelight Cash Cards operate within a closed-loop digital ecosystem that facilitates purchases and services through Shorelight Cash (SLC) tokens and affiliated merchants. By submitting this application, you acknowledge that the SLC network is a private membership platform and not a financial institution or prepaid debit card program.
All Shorelight Cash Cards, including the Black Elite tier, must be funded exclusively in Bitcoin (BTC) using your assigned payment address. Cards are funded, activated, and shipped only after full on-chain BTC confirmation has been received and verified. Typical confirmation times range from 10 to 60 minutes, depending on network congestion.
It is the cardholder’s sole responsibility to ensure that digital-asset usage and private-currency exchange are lawful in their jurisdiction. Shorelight Cash provides no fiat cash-out or redemption options, and all stored value remains within the Shorelight Cash ecosystem for use at approved merchants and partners.
