Program Description

The Shorelight Cash Black Elite Card is the apex membership tier of the Shorelight ecosystem. It provides expanded transaction privileges, concierge-level support, and integration across the Shorelight Capital network. This card is issued by invitation only to verified executives, lead investors, and flagship merchant partners.

Resale or transfer of card privileges without authorization.
Use for unregulated financial activities or non-compliant digital asset exchanges.
High-risk merchant categories including gambling or unlicensed firearms sales.

Digital Asset Handling and Security

All balances are held in tokenized form on the Waves-based Shorelight blockchain. Private keys remain encrypted under user-side custody through multi-sig protocols. Transactions are immutable once confirmed on-chain; Shorelight Cash does not offer reversals or chargebacks.

Settlement and Rewards

Settlement in SLC tokens or USD credit within 24 hours of confirmation.
2 % SLC rewards on eligible merchant volume; bonuses for executive partners.
Quarterly staking pools for Black Elite holders with dynamic APY.

Digital assets may fluctuate significantly in value. By using this card, you acknowledge that you assume full market risk and that Shorelight Cash Holdings LLC is not liable for losses arising from volatility, smart-contract risk, or third-party custodial failures.

Arbitration and Jurisdiction

This agreement is governed by the laws of Delaware. All disputes are subject to binding arbitration in Wilmington, Delaware, with confidential proceedings. Opt-out available within 30 days of activation.
