Shorelight Cash (SLC) is a closed-loop membership currency that powers local commerce, delivery, repair, vending, and retail through the Shorelight Cash Network. Minted in 2022 and community-verified on the WX (Waves) network, SLC is designed for real-world payments—fast, low-fee, and secure—rather than speculation.
Shorelight Cash is not an exchange; members do not receive direct fiat withdrawals. See Terms below.
Choose a membership level that matches how you use the network. Perks grow with your contribution and activity.
Card materials and perks may vary by zone and availability. Qualification can include activity-based criteria.
We keep fees simple and transparent. Most members never see bank fees or chargebacks.
Exact fees can vary by zone, partner, and volume tier. Any updates will be displayed in-app prior to acceptance.
On registration, a wallet is created for you. You can backup your seed (never share it). Accounts use strong encryption; optional card PINs and NFC security can be enabled for in-person payments.
Shorelight grows through local Zones—geo-economic clusters with on-the-ground merchants and couriers.
For everyday users: it works like encrypted membership credits you spend inside the network.
For power users: yes—SLC is a blockchain-verified digital asset, minted in 2022 on the WX (Waves) network, designed for payments and settlement.
Consumers: No. Balances are for in-network spend.
Merchants & Couriers: Yes. You may request fiat settlement as sales revenue (merchants) or contractor income (couriers). This is business settlement, not consumer withdrawal.
It keeps value circulating locally, lowers fees, enables instant payouts, and reduces fraud/chargebacks—benefiting members, merchants, and couriers.
No. SLC is built for utility—fast, simple payments across a growing network. Market pricing on external venues is independent of Shorelight’s closed-loop usage.

By registering, loading balances, or participating as a member, courier, or merchant, you agree to these Terms of Service (“Terms”).
Shorelight Cash operates as a closed-loop commerce and membership economy. Balances are denominated in SLC and may be used only within the Shorelight ecosystem. SLC is not sold to consumers as an investment.
Funds loaded by members are treated as prepaid membership credits denominated in SLC for in-network use. Balances are non-refundable except as explicitly provided herein.
Loading balances, in-network payments, and business settlements may incur fees, which will be disclosed at the time of transaction and may be updated periodically. See “Fees & Pricing” above for guidance ranges.
Shorelight may provide discretionary protections, including dispute handling, good-faith refunds, or coverage from a discretionary fund. Fraud, replay attacks, or misuse may result in suspension and forfeiture where permitted by law.
You are responsible for safeguarding credentials, the Shorelight Card, and your seed backup. Shorelight implements encryption and may offer PIN/NFC security. Loss of seed may result in permanent loss of access.
Shorelight provides a discretionary claims process for disputes among members, couriers, and merchants. Decisions regarding claims, refunds, or settlements are final.
Shorelight is not a bank, money transmitter, or securities issuer. Consumer balances are prepaid membership credits for in-network use. Business settlements are classified as merchant revenue or contractor income.
We may suspend or terminate accounts for violations, fraud, or risk. Remaining balances may be frozen or forfeited in cases of unlawful activity subject to applicable law.
We may update these Terms. Continued use constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms, which will be posted here with a new “Last Updated” date.
